I'm Manesa, and I am a Product Designer currently based in Bangalore, India.
Living life one day at a time, my journey in design has been an ongoing process — shapeshifting with every experience, be it visiting a new place, trying out a new recipe or even from the nuances of watching another Ghibli movie ✨
I am one of those people who became what their childhood self aimed to become in life — a designer! However, for the longest time, I didn't know what kind of designer I wanted to be.
I dabbled a little in advertising and media before I professionally took up UX design... it's a story for another day, but let's just say, UX found me haha! 🙌🏽
Other than baking fresh designs, I am a big-time lover of music, I love organising events, and a skincare fanatic! In my free time, I like to sing to karaoke (read: self-proclaimed bedroom performer 🛌) and watch a whole lot of movies and anime 🍥
I love writing scripts for short-format content too — here below is an assignment from uni which encapsulates my life in a minute
